Since we are almost all 1-bedroom units, there are fewer people on-site. Less density=a quieter environment.

WE ARE THE ONLY ALL-INCLUSIVE PROPERTY IN THE AREA. We provide ALL UTILITIES, HIGH-SPEED INTERNET & SATELLITE TV - no hassle setting-up separate accounts. It's EASY!!! Smoking is permitted only in the smoking buildings and designated smoking areas; smoking is not permitted in shared common areas such as the pool, fire-pit lounge and laundry center. For reduced health effects of second hand smoke and less risk of fire, choose Abby Glenn as your home!

Abby Glenn proudly offers our exclusive White-Glove Cleanliness Guarantee! We promise to provide you with a residence that is "white-glove clean" at move-in. A pair of white gloves awaits your arrival so you can put our White-Glove cleanliness guarantee to the test.

Parking spaces follow along the line of each building and each residence has its own entrance so a parking space is just steps away from your front door. You can't get parking any closer than that! Reserved parking spaces are now available. Call for details.

Cats and dogs up to 75 pounds are welcome at Abby Glenn. We have a large dog park, "Auggie-Doggie~A Canine Cove" (named after the property's former mascot)! The "canine cove" provides ample space for your dog to run and play. The dog park also features a mini agility course.

You can rest assured that your service needs will be met on a timely and professional basis. We provide AWARD-WINNING maintenance service within 24 hours of your request through a member of our in-house maintenance team or by promptly scheduling an outside vendor, if necessary, to complete the job.
Lastly, we offer great PEACE OF MIND with our on-premises Courtesy Guard, nightly patrols, 24-hour emergency maintenance service and a manager who lives on-site for your emergency needs 24/7.

If you move into Abby Glenn and find we have not met your expectations within the first month, you may cancel your 6-12 month lease at no further obligation to you! "The experience that I have had while staying at Abby Glenn has been extremely satisfying. Prior to my arrival in the Huntsville area I had done some online research into apartments, both furnished and unfurnished. The thing that intrigued me the most about Abby Glenn during the online search was the "Quiet Cove" concept that was the highlight of their advertisement. And I have to say, that was the greatest aspect of my entire stay. The facilities were great but the quiet, peaceful surroundings were the icing on the cake.
Although Abby Glenn was high on my list prior to my arrival, I wanted to make sure that there was no other place that could offer what I was looking for considering my short stay (I bargain shopped). After an exhaustive search, I could not honestly find anything in the Huntsville area that offered the complete package that Abby Glenn offered. It was close to work (for anyone working at Redstone or near the Research Park). It was a 15 minute commute to Raytheon facilities on Jan Davis Drive.
Abby Glenn, for me, was a home away from home. I had to move away from my family during this transfer, which was a very trying experience. The last thing that I needed was to worry about where I was living and the comfort that I felt while I was away from home. I had the great fortune of having my wife visit me during my short stay in the area. She loved the apartment. She and I knew that if afforded me the peace and solitude that I needed during my stay.
This was all made better by the hospitality of the staff. The staff at Abby Glenn was extremely cordial and made me feel right at home. If I had it all over to do again there is no doubt that I would choose Abby Glenn."
